This is a cheesemakers weekend - 2 day course held in Rangiwahia.
You will ideally be actively making cheese yourself, and are invited to join other like minded artisan for a weekend of exploring new cheeses of your choice.
We make 6 cheeses over two days, including a lesson in making fresh pasta, which will be served for lunch on Sunday.
Places are strictly limited, and classes are only held in the spring and summer.
B&B;s available, beautiful scenery and bush walks, lunch is provided both days.
