You will further develop your cheesemaking skills to include Camembert and Brie. This is an intermediate based class.
We will use either goat or cows milk. If you wish to bring your own milk you are more than welcome.
Lunch is provided. Please bring some containers to take your cheeses home in.
A Camembert and Brie recipe book is included in the class fee. An additional Camembert and Brie kit is available for purchase.
