You will further develop your cheesemaking skills to include Camembert, Brie and Ricotta. This is an intermediate based class.
We will use either goat or cows milk. If you wish to bring your own milk you are more than welcome.
Lunch is provided. Please bring some containers to take your cheeses home in.
Kits are available for purchase in class.
