A small advanced class for cheesemakers wanting to explore hard cheeses. You will make a gouda - herbed or plain in class. We will also make a simple cheese press and mould for you to mould and press your cheese in.
This class requires you to have some cheesemaking experience.
Lunch is provided. This is an all day class from 8.30am to 3.30pm.
