Join a small group of 6 and learn the art of cheesemaking. In this class you will learn to make Feta, halloumi and mozzarella. We use goats milk and or cows milk. If you wish to bring your own milk you are more than welcome.
Classes run from 9.30 am to 1.00pm. Lunch is provided.
Bring 2 containers with you to take home your cheeses in.
